Return Policy

All sales are final once they are picked up. Electrical items that are found to be non-working have a 30-day warranty with the receipt.  Customers must provide their receipt for a full refund.  The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only eligible for non-working electrical items, damaged or incorrect items, any other circumstance will be at the manager's discretion.  For special circumstances please contact us, so we can escalate the request to the manager.

Cancellation Policy

After purchasing from our online store customers will have a 3-day cancellation and pick-up window. If a return is not done before the 3-day window, it can still be requested but will have to go through manager approval.

If you have questions on your purchase, we can schedule an in-person consultation that will allow you to review the product and you can transact in the store.

In certain circumstances, we may deem a return reasonable. If that is the case, we have the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the value of the product.
