Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery is available for an additional charge. We DO NOT Deliver to the 2nd Floor and beyond. Items will be placed in the first available space in the home. It may take up to 10 business days for you to receive your order. During checkout, the Local Delivery option will indicate the day of the week that deliveries are made to your location.

If you choose to pick-up items at the HabiStore, they must be picked up within 3 days of purchase date. We are located at:

Third party delivery services are the responsibility of the buyer.  Habistore is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are removed from the store. 

Pickup hours are Monday – Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10 am – 3 pm.

Upon arriving to pick up your purchase, back your vehicle up to the loading zone at the south end of our building.  An associate will greet you and ask for the receipt to verify purchase, retrieve your items, and load them into the vehicle.  Upon loading, Habistore is not responsible for damage that occurs during loading.  Habistore Associates will not tie down or put items on the top of vehicles.
